EN: The Client must ensure the vehicle is in good roadworthy condition (brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and possesses a valid Revenue License and Insurance.
SI: වාහනය ධාවනයට සුදුසු ආරක්ෂිත තත්ත්වයේ තිබිය යුතු අතර, වලංගු ආදායම් බලපත්රයක් සහ රක්ෂණාවරණයක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.Insurance & Liability / රක්ෂණය සහ වගකීම
EN: If an accident occurs due to the driver’s fault, the vehicle shall be repaired using the Client’s insurance. The Service Provider will reimburse the Client for the loss of the “No Claim Bonus” (NCB) for that specific year.
SI: රියදුරුගේ වැරැද්දක් නිසා අනතුරක් සිදුවුවහොත්, වාහනය පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ රක්ෂණාවරණය මගින් අලුත්වැඩියා කළ යුතුය. එහිදී පාරිභෝගිකයාට අහිමි වන “No Claim Bonus” (NCB) මුදල අප ආයතනය විසින් පියවනු ලැබේ.
EN: The Service Provider is not liable for accidents caused by mechanical failures, tire bursts, or third-party negligence.
SI: වාහනයේ කාර්මික දෝෂ, ටයර් පිපිරීම් හෝ වෙනත් පාර්ශවයක වැරැද්දක් නිසා සිදුවන අනතුරු සඳහා අප ආයතනය වගකීම දරනු නොලැබේ.Payments & Expenses / ගෙවීම් සහ වියදම්
EN: Fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees are the responsibility of the Client.
SI: ඉන්ධන වියදම්, අධිවේගී මාර්ග ගාස්තු සහ වාහන නැවැත්වීමේ ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.
EN: For outstation/overnight trips, the Client must provide the driver with meals and safe accommodation or a pre-agreed allowance.
SI: දුර ගමන් හෝ රාත්රී නවාතැන් සහිත ගමන් වලදී, රියදුරුට ආහාර සහ නවාතැන් පහසුකම් (නැතහොත් ඒ සඳහා එකඟ වූ දීමනාවක්) සැපයිය යුතුය.Safety & Conduct / ආරක්ෂාව සහ හැසිරීම
EN: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. The driver will follow all traffic laws; the Client must not compel the driver to violate any regulations.
SI: වාහනය තුළ දුම්පානය හෝ මත්පැන් පානය සපුරා තහනම්ය. රියදුරු සියලු මාර්ග නීති පිළිපදින අතර, නීති විරෝධී ලෙස රිය පැදවීමට පාරිභෝගිකයා බල නොකළ යුතුය.Personal Belongings / පෞද්ගලික බඩුබාහිරාදිය
EN: The Client is responsible for their valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics) inside the vehicle. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss of personal items.
SI: වාහනය තුළ ඇති පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ වටිනා බඩුබාහිරාදිය (මුදල්, රන් ආභරණ) පිළිබඳ වගකීම පාරිභෝගිකයා සතු වේ.
